Our Process

When it comes to travel, our ideal clients want engaging, experiential itineraries that are tailored to their own unique travel goals. Whether they’re setting off on a luxury safari or wine tasting their way through Italy, they know they can count on the intel and experience that BBR brings to the table.

This is why we have created a process that will allow us to help you craft your perfect trip. 
 

  • First, we will have an initial call to talk through your ideal vacation, expectations and needs.

  • Next, we will come up with a proposal based on your preferences, budget, and taste. 

  • Based on your selected level of service, we will provide you with a  customized travel itinerary to prepare you for your trip. 

FEE STRUCTURE

Based on your selected level of service, we may include tour bookings, restaurant reservations, spa appointments, and airline bookings. 

BBR Travel Membership: $7500/year

Our VIP membership includes all BBR Travel services:​

  • Unlimited itinerary creations throughout the duration of your membership 

  • Unlimited access to our dedicated Concierge team

  • Discounted Airline Ticketing Fees:

    • $75.00/ticket for domestic flights​

    • $100.00/ticket for international flights

    • $200.00/mileage ticket

    • Change fees of $40.00/ticket

Non-member fees:

Planning Fees (not applicable to BBR members):

Planning fees allow us to coordinate with our extensive network of vendors around the world to curate your tailor made travel itinerary. ​

  • Trip duration: 1-10 days (up to 6 people): $350.00 ($550.00 if departing within 60 days)

  • Trip duration: 10+ days (up to 6 people): $550.00 ($750.00 if departing within 60 days)

  • Itinerary Creation for groups of 7+ people: $100.00/person

Concierge Fees:

  • Concierge Fees: $550.00/Trip or $350.00 for dining only

  • Our concierge team can assist in arranging the below to enhance your travel experience:

    • Dining Requests 

    • Airport Meet and Greet Services 

    • Private Charter Flights 

    • Event Tickets

    • Spa Appointments

    • ​Luggage Shipment

    • Visa assistance​

Non-Member Airline Ticketing Fees: 

  • $150.00/ticket for domestic tickets

  • $200.00/ticket for international tickets 

  • $400.00/ticket for mileage tickets
